Purchasing any product from me means you agree to my Terms of Service, and must abide by them. Clients must follow all Terms of Service stated in order to make use of my works. Those who fail to follow the Terms of Service may have access to any works paid for revoked or paused, and will be subsequently blacklisted from accessing my services. I have reserve the right to deny any commission, or withold them from a client for any reason. Payment will be through Cashapp, Venmo or Paypal. It will be paid in a 50/50 increment; One before the first sketch, and the other after the finished product is delivered to assure your dedication to the payment, and to assure that you will receive a finished product on my end. A high-quality, non-watermarked image will be sent shortly after the last payment. Small changes to the sketch or coloring will not be charged, but anything more drastic after a significant amount of progess or complete rendering (changing the clothing after rendering, adding on additional props not already implemented into a rendered product, etc.) will be charged extra based off the amount of time it takes to edit and how much of it is edited. All works purchased by me is authorized for personal usage only. Any commercialization is prohibited. This includes but is no limited to: Reproduction, printing, drop-shipping, reselling either in person or online, NFTs, paid advertisements, AI reproduction or any other venues of monetization. If you'd wish to monetize my work, there must be explicit permission from me to do so with a 40% cut of all profits made. Any edits or altercations to my works outside of personal usage is prohibited. No client shall claim my works to be theirs. You may not use any of my works to train AI.
